EXCELSIOR FURNITURE PROTECTION PROGRAM:

We know that your furniture's appearance is important to you, therefore, we developed the unique “ALL Stain” program, which protects your new furniture against ALL stains at a very affordable price! Keep the showroom appearance of your furniture for as little as a cup of coffee a day. Have the freedom to choose the level of coverage that suits your individual lifestyle.

STAIN SERVICE PLAN:

The ALL Stain Protection plan is designed to maintain your new furniture's showroom appearance. It is a 5 year full service coverage which includes a Clean-Repair-Replace service schedule as well as a Spot Cleaning service. Also included is a specially formulated care kit for in home care and maintenance of the upholstery on your furniture.

The Guardian Angel protection program gives consumers the peace of mind in knowing their new appliance will function properly. They have the choice in protection and coverage on almost every appliance in the home. It's the ultimate choice for risk free living with quick, easy access to service if needed with real value and affordable pricing!

The 5 year Preference Service Plan covers all brands, and gives the consumer:

  • 100% coverage on mechanical parts and labour

  • Unlimited service calls up to the value of the original purchase price

  • In-home service for major appliances

  • No deductible to pay

  • No Lemon Clause (after 3 failures for same component during term of plan)

  • It's Transferable!

  • An option to renew the Service Plan prior to the expiry date

  • Plus BONUS coverages!

Our company came from humble beginnings in 1960, when our founders, Winston and June Smith opened a small shoe and variety store, in what is currently our head office in Upper Gullies. The Smith Family built this business with their work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit. They believed in selling quality merchandise at fair pricing, with a focus on customer service and they built a strong and loyal customer base for their products. In those days customers in CBS would always say that “if you need something, you can find it at Smiths!” Over the years, as the retail environment changed around them, the decision was made to change to retail furniture sales around 1970, and Smith’s Furniture and Appliances was born!
